Aggregated Records and Transactions (ART)

What Is ART?

What is ART?
As the 403(b) Plan Administrator for your Employer (Plan Sponsor), TSA Consulting Group, Inc. (TSACG), has developed an online transaction and recordkeeping system for participants to use when requesting loans, rollovers, distributions, and contract exchanges from 403(b) accounts.  This system is known as the ART system (Aggregated Records & Transactions) and will expedite the time required to process transaction requests.

The ART system is user friendly and can provide participants with an approval certificate upon transaction completion, which should be printed and added to all required paperwork for submission to your respective Investment Provider for execution of your transaction.

How do I use the ART system?
The ART system is very user friendly, and instructions for first-time users are available on the site. To visit the online ART system to explore how to easily process a transaction, click here.

Why should I use the online ART system instead of mailing or faxing my transaction paperwork?
Participants who use the online ART system can access it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Employees can receive an online certificate immediately for transactions such as loans, rollovers, distributions, and exchanges, and employees can also begin the approval process for transactions such as hardships, which require additional paperwork and/or evidence. The online process is much quicker than regular transaction submittal, which must account for initial mailing time, manual processing time, and return mail time -- all of which could take 2 to 4 days or more.

Is my information secure?
Yes. The ART system website is a secure site utilizing the latest in encryption methods to ensure security and information safety. The Secure Socket Layer (SSL) on the site establishes server authentication and protocols for encryption.
