This new option helps employees rapidly enroll in a 403(b) retirement savings account without having to conduct initial research or meet with an Investment Provider representative. Employees starting an account with American Century, ASPire Direct, or Waddell & Reed are required to provide a copy of the account application they will send to the company when they turn in their initial Salary Reduction Agreement to the Risk Management Department.
